Welcome to ColorFuel Creations, where bold design meets real people.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. We’ve kept it clear and readable, no legal blah blah.

1.  About Us

ColorFuel Creations is a brand registered in the Netherlands.

Our products are printed and shipped via our partner SPOD.com.

2.  Orders

When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. That’s when our production kicks off.

All our products are made-to-order. This means we only produce what you choose, no warehouse, no overstock.

Please double-check your size and shipping address before completing your order.

3.  Shipping

Once your order is produced, we’ll ship it to the address you provided. You’ll receive a tracking link once it’s on the move.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs, but we’ll do our best to help if something goes wrong.

Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days within the EU
International shipping may take longer.

4.  Custom Products & Returns

All our items are made-to-order, which means they are specially created just for you. Because of this, the right of withdrawal (return without reason) may be legally excluded.

However, we still accept returns within 14 days as a courtesy, no hard feelings.

5.  Payments

We accept secure payments via Shopify Payments, iDEAL, credit card, and other available options during checkout.

All prices are shown in EUR (€) and include VAT (where applicable).

6.  Product Info

Our products are printed on demand, so small differences in color or print positioning may occur. That’s part of the charm, each piece is unique.

We do our best to show accurate images and descriptions, but slight variations are possible.

7.  Newsletter & Emails

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we’ll occasionally email you with updates, sneak peeks, or discounts.
 You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of each email.

8.  Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect damage, loss or missed opportunity caused by using our website or products

  • Delays caused by external carriers

  • Errors in user-provided info (e.g. wrong shipping address)

Our total liability is limited to the value of your purchase.

9.  Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
 If any dispute arises, we’ll do our best to solve it together. If that fails, the matter will be handled by a Dutch court.

Got a complaint? We’re here to help.
Send us an email at contact.colorfuel@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to fix the issue. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
